Hey, I'm Furkan.

I'm aBuilder, Coder, Entrepreneur, Editor, Creative Head

So much of our day now runs through a screen, and the thing I keep asking is whether we can make that time feel like something people actually wanted.

About.

I live for human-computer interaction. It started during my Information Systems master's at TUM, where I dug into adaptive interfaces and recommender systems and wrote a few research papers about how software can read what a person actually needs. That question never let go of me.

From there I went looking for the place where research meets shipping. I spent a few years as a founders associate and product all-rounder, sitting close to early teams and learning how an idea turns into something people actually use. Mostly that meant talking to users and iterating on what they told me, whether I was leading discovery interviews or wiring a new feature into production. Now I run Fluid Software Labs, building adaptive and AI-driven software. It's the natural next step from the research and the product work: I get to take everything I learned about how people and software meet and build real products with it.

Outside of work I'm usually calibrating a 3D printer or messing with generative art tools, with the occasional web experiment on the side. I travel whenever I get the chance and tend to plan my builds around those breaks.

HeyTone - Audio Signals

TypeScript - Python - PyTorch - Whisper

HeyTone listens to a sales or support call and picks up what a transcript can't, like an objection forming or a flat 'sounds good' that really means no. Learn more >

React - Node.js - ffmpeg - Puppeteer

HeySpark records your product, scripts a story, and exports branded videos with voice-over and captions from a URL and a short brief. Learn more >

Fluid Software LabsJan 2026 - Present
FounderMunich

Fluid Software Labs is the studio I started to build adaptive software and AI-driven product tools. It's the next step after years of HCI research and product work: take the thinking and turn it into things people use. I partner with founders and teams to move an idea to a working product.

  • Design and ship adaptive interfaces shaped around how each person works
  • Build AI-driven product software from first sketch to production
  • Partner with founders and teams to take an idea to a working product

ClyppNov 2024 - Oct 2025
Founders AssociateMunich

I partnered with the founders on everything from customer success to product discovery. Clypp is a video-documentation and enablement SaaS, so a lot of the job was listening to enablement teams and turning what they told me into changes that shipped.

  • Interviewed enablement teams to find where their workflows broke down
  • Reworked documentation flows based on what those interviews surfaced
  • Shipped improvements to the Clypp platform from real customer learnings

FounderMunich

I ran a lean studio for founders who needed sharp storytelling and functional software in the same place. The work ranged from visual identities and launch videos to React and Next builds that backed product launches. One week I was in After Effects, the next I was shipping a site.

  • Built visual identities and launch videos for early-stage founders
  • Shipped React and Next.js sites that backed product launches
  • Ran the studio end to end, from first call to delivery

1PitchAug 2023 - Feb 2024
Founders AssociateMunich

I came on as an all-rounder to help ship the first version of a knowledge-sharing platform. That meant wearing a lot of hats, from content strategy to standing at a booth talking to early users. The pressure point was Bits & Pretzels, where the first users came in.

  • Scoped the content strategy for the first product version
  • Produced demos that showed the platform in action
  • Supported the founding team at Bits & Pretzels to onboard the first wave of users

Venture BuilderMunich & Berlin

As a venture builder I split my time between mapping client processes and prototyping new product ideas, mostly where mobility meets software. The interesting part was the plumbing underneath: the rules and reporting that shape how a tool runs day to day.

  • Mapped mobility client processes end to end and wrote the specs engineers built from
  • Built a SaaS tool for OEMs and suppliers covering permissions, workflow rules, and reporting
  • Prototyped an automotive recommendation engine that matched suppliers with innovation needs

Product Information ManagementMunich

I maintained Daimler AG product data for Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach, and EQ. The lifecycles overlapped constantly, so the job was keeping global product communication accurate while the data underneath kept shifting.

  • Maintained Daimler AG product data across Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach, and EQ
  • Cleaned thousands of records per week across overlapping product lifecycles
  • Kept global product communication accurate as data moved between teams

Roboy Student TeamGarching

I built a machine-vision HUD for the Roboy humanoid robot. This was HCI at its most physical: getting sensor data in front of the research team in a way they could actually read while the robot was running.

  • Built a machine-vision HUD for the Roboy humanoid robot
  • Designed and shipped a Unity and Oculus interface for the research team
  • Visualized live sensor and telemetry data so researchers could read the robot at a glance

ReportingMunich

I processed PCR datasets for the reporting team during the early pandemic response, when sample volume was high and turnaround had to be fast. My job was keeping the sample database clean and the incoming and outgoing data streams trustworthy under that pressure.

  • Processed high-volume PCR datasets during the early pandemic response
  • Maintained the sample database under constant turnaround pressure
  • Kept incoming and outgoing data streams clean for the reporting team
