TalentDrive

TalentDrive came out of a five-month design thinking project with Manage&More, TUM, and UnternehmerTUM. We pitched a co-leasing model where two to four employees share an electric company car, and the app handles booking, billing, and reporting so HR can offer the benefit without building a fleet team.

I led the research interviews, the prototyping, and the Framer build, while my team covered operations and finance. We stress-tested the numbers with automotive partners before presenting to corporate juries.
