Travolo

Travolo is a destination recommender I built for my bachelor thesis at the TUM Chair of Connected Mobility. The mobile web app let travelers test four preference elicitation models and see how each one shaped the suggested trips.

Ninety participants ran through the study. The results showed which interaction patterns felt light and which slowed people down, and the winner mixed visual cues with a small set of value-based choices.
