PeakProtect is a compact ski lock that clips to your lift pass, so you can leave your skis at the hut with less worry. We built it in two weeks during the Think.Make.Start program at TUM.
Most of the time went into CAD, 3D printing, and the ESP32 firmware. We tuned the mechanism until it sat flush, locked quickly, and survived pocket abuse. We didn’t take the top prize, but the prototype turned heads and left us with plenty of feedback for the next iteration.
